Samurai Warriors 4-II is a new game and it has an issue with gold gamepad or controller. But there is a way to fix this issue. It is possible to use an old gamepad with the game. The game works pretty well with controllers than with keyboard. So this is a small trick that you can easily follow to use your existing game controller for playing Samurai Warriors 4-II. To use old gamepad or controller for this game you will need Xbox 360 Controller Emulator. This emulator is available on Githubs.
The generic marketing survey that falls out of the Samurai Warriors 2 manual asks 'what motivated you to purchase this game' It goes on to offer a selection of choices, but the one that stands out is: 'Liked the original'. Yep, the marketing survey simply assumes that you've bought a sequel. Which is sort of appropriate. You only have to type 'warriors' up in the top left corner to see a) how many of these battlefield epics Koei has already brought out, and b) how each successive instalment seems to sap a little bit of each reviewer's generosity.
Don't worry however, I have you covered, and developed a simple copy-paste fix for all of you that should add proper XInput support to whatever DInput game you are running... Simply grab the attached ZIP, unpack it in your games' installation folder, and enjoy your now properly working gamepad.
Your gamepad / controller is not working proper for this game gamepad failure, gamepad buttons are not working then first thing to do, is to download this package (of course if you have 64 bits operating system, then you should download x64 version) to game folder, extract it there and run exe file from extracted folder and then your gamepad will work just fine.

One of the game's bright spots is its upgrade system, which has been modified and deepened from its forerunner. Skills can be purchased with the gold you find throughout each stage or by defeating generals on the battlefield. Each skill type (ability, growth, battle and special) has several levels, allowing you to differentiate each of your warriors.
For one that is new to X360ce, it is an emulator that helps set gamepad controller to play PC games and the settings are easy to carry out. This content will tell you what you need to know about Samurai Warriors 5. It will also bring the X360ce Settings for Samurai Warriors 5.
So let's just start by jotting down what Samurai Warriors 4-II actually includes. Its main draw is story mode, which, instead of following the narratives of particular clans, follows the tales of individual characters. Unsurprisingly, this augments the events of Japan's warring period with a more personal feel, as you get to know the involved samurai and watch their legends unfold.
As with the previous instalment, 4-II differentiates fights with tough samurai from brawls with lesser soldiers by giving you two separate means of attack. Mapped to triangle, hyper attacks cut through rank and file troops like butter, but officers will shrug them off like they're nothing. Against these boss-like rivals, you'll have to push square for normal attacks, and throw in the odd tap of triangle to unleash more powerful charge attacks that tie into your combos.
gamepad - This column is for the compatibility of the injected game with Gamepad input. Enter \"Works\", \"Issues\", or \"Doesn't Work\" depending on whether the Gamepad works when in-game or not. If the game is one of those which supports both Wiimote and CCP, but asks first for the Wiimote+Nunchuck to be connected, or to connect the CCP, write \"Issues\"

Brutally difficult action-RPG Nioh 2 has finally arrived on PC, and for this special occasion it has donned its swankiest samurai garb. Nioh 2: The Complete Edition adds all three DLCs, plenty of performance enhancements, keyboard and mouse support (among many other PC features), and most importantly, the absurd Valve Helmet.
It's also worth mentioning that Nioh 2's gamepad support is spot on. I can plug in my PS4 controller and play just fine. Although, despite keyboard and mouse support, players have reported only seeing controller button prompts while using keyboard. That's a pretty glaring oversight, so it would be good to see it fixed ASAP. 1e1e36bf2d
